Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours from the University of Queensland.

Andrew specialised in zoology and aquatic ecology, and has over 20 years’ experience within both research and consulting environments in Queensland and New South Wales.

Andrew is a specialist terrestrial ecologist. He has conducted numerous specialised investigations for threatened species assessments and provided high-level expert advice to a range of clients including local, state and federal government, port authorities and land developers.

Elle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Environmental Science and Applied Geology.

She has over 15 years experience in mining, agriculture, consulting and local government environments.

Elle has undertaken work for a diverse range of clients including local, state and federal government, mine sites, port authorities, industrial clients and land developers. She is also a very competent Project Manager, having been responsible for successfully delivering multi-million dollar projects.
